Traffic Manager/Project Manager
Pre-requisites
This position will coordinate the completion of short-term projects while assisting with department objectives relating to quotes and proposal documentation (from gathering requirements to limited client interaction regarding project updates).
You will facilitate the relationships with external vendors as needed when outsourcing is required within a project. Your organizational skills will be appreciated while collaborating on multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining quality standards.
- An understanding of the creative/graphic design process (relative to both print production /Internet media/ Software) is required to accurately process quotes, workflows, and client expectations with budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Advanced experience with MS Project and other time/project systems essential in daily activities.
- Minimum of 2 years in related project/product management role required.
Graphic/ Web/ Interactive Designers
Pre-requisites
- A relevant design qualification
- An outstanding portfolio
- Strong conceptual skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop, Freehand and/or other graphic editing skills
- Strong Flash skills are highly advantageous, but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Dreamweaver and other web design tools
- Good written and oral communication skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight but realistic deadlines
- A thirst for knowledge, exercise patience and good humour
