VibrantStyle is proud to be the leading firm to offer a service warranty in design and development. Worried about paying for designs that are not to your likings? Worried about not meeting your deadlines?
Fret not! We will standup to our promise to deliver what's best for you on time.
This is a promise of extending a specialised service to you as a valued customer.

We offer you two service guarantees, subjected to the terms and conditions set out in this Guide. These guarantees can be suspended or revoked at our sole discretion without prior notice, at any time, and from time to time, in respect to all customers or any particular customer. We reserve all rights in modifying or withdrawing the guarantee without notification. The two guarantees are mutually exclusive and will not occur in any one single project.
These two guarantees are:
(a) Design satisfaction
We will, at our option and upon request, design / modify mocks till you are satisfied if you find the design unsatisfactory.
The following limitations apply:
- When this guarantee is evoked, it might result in delivery delays. Our delivery commitment time may be modified in such a condition.
- To qualify for this guarantee, you must notify by writing about the service failure and request for refund/credit with the conditions listed below. If you do not comply with these conditions, you are not entitled to this guarantee and cannot recover compensation for a service failure in any lawsuit.
- We must receive this request within 3 working days from the date of which the first mock was sent and within 30 working days from the contract sign date.
- We must have received 50% deposit within 14 working days from the contract sign date.
- Notification of unsatisfactory design must include the contract number, and deposit invoice number.
- Only requests by filling in the form will be accepted. The form can be submitted online here.
- A design would not be deemed to be unsatisfactory if after you notify us we provide you with:
- Proof of email confirmation that the design is accepted and satisfactory and name of person who emailed
- Document proof of design acceptance that the design if accepted and satisfactory and name of person who signed the document.
- We are not obligated to respond if your request is not within the conditions and guidelines set out.
- Only one additional mock/design is permitted per project.
- A design would not be deemed to be unsatisfactory due to incorrect guidelines set out by the client in the first place.
(b) Project deadlines
At our option, we will either refund or credit your design charges upon request, if we cannot complete the project within the stipulated timeline as set out in the timeline schedule (unless due to the fault of the client).
We will, at our option and upon request refund or credit your design charges if we do not meet the stipulated timeline schedule (service failure).
The following limitations apply:
- In cases where the design satisfaction guarantee was evoked, this guarantee will not be in effect.
- To qualify for this guarantee, you must notify by writing about the service failure and request for refund/credit with the conditions listed below. If you do not comply with these conditions, you are not entitled to this guarantee and cannot recover compensation for a service failure in any lawsuit.
- You have failed to comply to the timeline schedule as the client by failing to approve mocks, failing to submit contents, failing to select and submit website images with the stipulated timeline.
- We must have received 50% deposit within 14 working days from the contract sign date.
- Notification of service failure must include the contract number, and deposit invoice number.
- Only requests by filling in the form will be accepted. The form can be submitted online here.
- A service failure would not be deemed to have occurred if after you notify us we provide you with:
- Proof of email confirmation that the project has been completed on time and name of person who emailed
- Document proof of project acceptance that the project has been completed on time and name of person who signed the document.
- We are not obligated to respond if your request is not within the conditions and guidelines set out.
- Only one refund/credit is permitted per project.
